How we work

A marketing company that doesn't sleep.

Most agencies touch your account once a month, the week the report is due. We built software that watches yours every day, so small problems get caught the day they start instead of the month after they cost you. A person signs off on every change. You can call that person.

ads.golumin.io/approvals
The approvals board: proposed changes to a client's ad account, each waiting on a named person to approve or reject it

Every change that touches your spend lands here first, timestamped and waiting on a yes. Budget moves, bid changes, negative keywords from the search terms people actually typed. Nothing goes live until someone whose name is on it decides it should.

Worked every single day

Budgets, bids, search terms and copy, reviewed daily. Weekends included.

More places to be found

Google, Microsoft, Meta, ChatGPT, Maps and your site. One team, one budget.

Fixes in hours, not weeks

When something breaks we change it that day, not next reporting cycle.

A person you can call

A named human approves every change that touches your money. One switch stops everything.

The point of all of it is simple: make the phone ring, and keep the cost of each call going down.

Why the page matters

Same 1,000 clicks. Very different months.

Advertising buys you a click. What happens in the next eight seconds is a separate problem, and it's the one almost nobody solves. Here is the same traffic landing in three different places.

A typical landing page6.6%

66 leads from 1,000 clicks · median of 41,000 pages

The Google Ads average8.18%

A page we build for your ads15 to 25%

150 to 250 leads from 1,000 clicks · form submissions and tracked calls

Our range counts form submissions and tracked phone calls as a share of ad clicks, on pages we built for paid traffic across the accounts we run. Send the same clicks to a homepage and the rate drops to the benchmarks above. Sources: Unbounce Conversion Benchmark Report; WordStream / LocalIQ Google Ads Benchmarks 2026.

The same website, tracked properly, twenty times cheaper.

The problem

For ten of the previous agency's final twelve months, the booking flow had no tracking on it at all. About $75,000 went out the door in a year, and the monthly reports counted page views as customers.

What we did

Rebuilt twelve overlapping campaigns into eight with one job each, fenced the spend in so it stopped paying for the wrong searches, put real tracking on the booking flow, and split the four markets so each clinic reports on its own.

What happened

In the ten weeks the old tracking existed it recorded 21 bookings against about $17,500 of spend. In our first 103 days the same website recorded 568 bookings at $42 each.

A $30-a-day test became a full pipeline

A $30-a-day budget measured how much demand the market really held. The phone now rings and the sales team is at capacity, which is the only reason the budget stops at $100 a day.

The audit

It tells you where the money's going. Then where it should go.

We go through your site, your search presence and your ads without changing a thing in them, and write up what we find with the money attached to every line. Ranked, specific, and built against your real accounts rather than a template. Then we quote the work, or tell you plainly that you don't need us yet.

Where your money is going

Every dollar that bought a click and never produced a customer, with the figure beside it. You also get the list of searches to block, written out, whether you use it, we use it, or you hand it to the agency you already have.

Where customers are falling off

The gap between someone clicking and someone calling. Pages that lose people, forms nobody answers, phone calls landing with no one counting them.

What to fix first, and in what order

The three or four changes worth making before anything else, ranked, with what we'd expect each one to do for the phone. Not a 40-slide deck.

An hour with the people who do the work

We go through it live, on your screen. Ask anything, including what we'd do if we were you and couldn't afford an agency.

“Good CDL-A drivers are the hardest hire in trucking, and we needed them in four markets at once. GoLumin built a page that talks to drivers the way drivers think: the pay up front, the real routes and shifts, and a form you can finish from the cab. Inside three months, every seat was filled.”

Who you'll talk to

Two partners. No account managers in between.

There's no sales team, and no hand-off to a junior after you sign. There are two of us, we own the business equally, and we're the two who do the work. Either of us answers the phone.

Questions · First call

The things people ask on the first call.

If yours isn't here, email a person. We'd rather answer an awkward question before you sign than after.

Who is this for?

Businesses already investing in marketing, or ready to, with an owner who can take the calls a working campaign produces. Most of our clients are a single location or a handful of them, in categories where a phone call or a form is the sale. If you're earlier than that, the audit will say so honestly and tell you what to do first.

What does the audit involve?

Read-only access to your site and your accounts. We go through them, write up what we find with the money attached, and walk you through it live on your screen. If we're a fit, we quote the engagement. If we're not, you still leave knowing exactly what's wrong and what to fix first.

What does it cost?

A monthly fee based on your ad spend and whether we run your site, quoted after the audit, once we know what's actually there rather than what we guessed. There's no contract. We work month to month, and we're not the cheapest option, because the people doing the work are the people you talk to.

I already have someone doing my marketing.

The audit works the same way, and we never contact your current agency. Ask them for the change history and the search-terms report. If nobody can produce a list of what changed, when, and who approved it, that's the answer.

Can the software change my ads on its own?

No. The software reads your accounts every day and proposes changes. Every change that touches your money waits for a named person at GoLumin, who can't approve their own proposal. Spend limits are hard limits in code and can't be overridden, even by an approver.

I don't have a website yet. Is that a problem?

No. We build sites, and every new advertising client gets a landing page built for their ads at no charge. On your domain, in your name, and it stays yours if you ever leave.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. Google, Microsoft, Meta and ChatGPT accounts stay in your name, and you can revoke our access any time without losing the history. We don't run clients out of our own account.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month. If we're not making the phone ring, you shouldn't have to wait out a term to say so.

Start with an audit of what you already have.
