A rebrand from scratch, with nearly a thousand boxes to keep moving.
Inbox serves southern New Hampshire and northeast Massachusetts, where a search is almost always a town or a zip code. The site answers both: a location page for every town and a page for every zip, generated from the CMS and kept consistent by agents.

A rebrand, a new name, a new domain and a new website: in search terms, a business starting from zero. Inbox had nearly 1,000 containers in rotation, and every one of them had to keep moving while the new brand earned its place on Google.
They called Lumin. With that many units to fill, the plan had to be aggressive on every front. We built a new site with a page for every town and zip code they deliver to, integrated with their custom online quote tool. We ran an SEO and AI-search program alongside it: citation management, a review system for local authority, local listings management and backlink building. Google Ads carried the occupancy while the organic side was built.
More than 400 pages are indexed and the domain's authority is climbing. In the meantime, Google Ads has kept occupancy from falling off a cliff, and it will hand more of the load to organic search as the new brand's authority grows.
